Thailand Agency Selects Certes Networks for High Performance Data Security

Pittsburgh, PA, January 22, 2013 Certes Networks, a leading developer of scalable network and cloud encryption solutions announced today that a prominent Royal Thai Government agency has deployed Certes Networks’ Advanced IPsec VPN solution to secure data over their MPLS based Wide Area Network (WAN) connections between their headquarters office and remote branches.

The National Agency had recently converted their WAN connections between their headquarters and branch offices from leased lines to MPLS in order take advantage of the better price/performance characteristics of MPLS. However, the agency was concerned about the inherent lack of security within MPLS networks. Further compounding this concern was the need to ensure high-speed low latency performance due to the agency’s regular use of video conferencing for mission critical communication.

Through its partner, nForce Security Systems, a value added reseller specializing in advanced information security solutions, Certes Networks provided the Agency with their market leading Group Encryption solution.
