The Continuous Improvement of Company Processes is a Basic Requirement for the New Economy
October 7, 2015 – AURA (www.auraportal.com), a global provider of AuraPortal. Business Process Management (BPM) software, positioned at the Top of the “Visionaries” in Gartner’s “Magic Quadrant for iBPMS 2015“, naturally automates the continuous improvement cycle for business processes, hereby maintaining an optimized company management with hardly any additional work or cost implications.
This way of working is explained in a new Webinar presented by AuraPortal Training School, which offers a clear and current description of the five stages involved in a process lifecycle:
– Modeling is the stage in which the processes are designed and constructed. To Model a process is to determine precisely how the process should function upon execution.
-Simulation consists in running the processes virtually in imaginary scenarios. There are two nonexclusive types of simulation: Statistical Simulation and Real Simulation.
– Execution is the stage in which the model created in the previous stage is put into motion. Users work with the processes on a daily basis.
– Monitoring is to observe, control and analyze the results of the execution. This involves three simultaneous tools: System Controls, Dashboard and Business Intelligence.
– Optimization involves making the changes to the processes for their optimal functioning and efficiency. The results registered during the monitoring stage are used to determine the necessary changes. This completes the continuous improvement process.
These five stages constitute the process lifecycle which naturally generates a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
