Royal KPN has Automated their Dispatch, Logistics and Service Processes with AuraPortal

March 6, 2015 – AURA (www.auraportal.com), a global provider of AuraPortal Business Process Management (BPM) software, has announced that KPN has built its process models without needing to program a single code. Even more importantly, programming will not be required for any future modifications throughout the product’s useful life.

Due to a rapidly changing market KPN Wholesale was forced to evolve their primary processes, focusing their management on offering their clients personalized services in order to attend to each request with the utmost precision and efficiency.

Some of the key factors that lead to the acquisition of the AuraPortal BPM platform were:

– The software’s agility and overall ease of use.

– AuraPortal has modular and scalable architecture which enables continuous and fluid expansion of work, and rapid growth with a very small initial investment.

– Training gave KPN staff autonomy to maintain and update their processes.

– The facility to adapt the processes to all new requirements.

– The capacity to integrate AuraPortal with external systems.

– And many more…

“The successful implementation of AuraPortal within KPN Wholesale supply chain has led to the complete fulfillment of the WEAS (Wholesale Ethernet Access connections) and the majority of KPN Wholesale processes have been integrated in the AuraPortal Application.”

Since the implementation of AuraPortal, the team have reduced the delivery time of orders by more than 40%, reducing the delivery time by 10 days, likewise, order processing has been reduced by 70% following the ‘right first time’ principle.

The implementation was carried out in conjunction with FourICT, AuraPortal’s Partner in the Netherlands.
