Tecniseguros Automates Business Processes with AuraPortal iBPMS

Business Process Management (BPM) software, positioned at the Top of the “Visionaries” in Gartner’s “Magic Quadrant for iBPMS 2015“, has announced that Tecniseguros S.A. has completed a policy quotation system for their agents, which has drastically reduced customer query response times, and a Self-management system for vehicle insurance policy requests.

Furthermore, an advanced CRM, built completely on AuraPortal, is currently 80% complete. This CRM implementation, which covers over twenty types of transactions and will be launched shortly, contains exclusive Dynamically Activated Divisions (DAD technology), Distributed Treatments, Integrated Tasks, etc., which have enhanced the processes with extraordinary capabilities that no other BPM suites on the market could have implemented, even with extreme amounts of advanced programming.

With support from S4 Technology Partners, a partner of AURA, Tecniseguros has built the CRM on AuraPortal without needing to program a single line of code, and integrated it with the Core BPM, determining how it should act upon execution down to the smallest detail. Even more importantly, it will not require any programming for any modifications made throughout its useful life.

Even though Tecniseguros is in the early stages of AuraPortal iBPMS implementation, it has already noticed indirect benefits, such as improved quality of information, a reduction in the documentation involved in the process and criteria unification in business management.
