Jinny Software signs deal to provide multi-year managed service for messaging to all LIME operations

Dublin, February 13th 2014 – Jinny Software, a leading global supplier of messaging, rich communications and signalling management solutions to wireless carriers announces a multi-year managed services contract to provide messaging platforms with CWI Caribbean Limited.

CWI Caribbean (LIME) is a leading provider of landline, internet, mobile and entertainment services, serving the communities of the Caribbean Islands including: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent, Trinidad & Tobago and the Grenadines and Turks & Caicos.

Jinny will deliver and manage the latest releases of the Jinny SMSC, Messaging Gateway and Filtering Engine to provide enhanced and secure services to the LIME subscriber base across the region. A fully geo-redundant deployment will ensure availability and performance of service at all times. The Jinny Cloud MMSC service will also provided under the contract.

Deploying and launching the very latest messaging services on the Jinny platforms where Jinny provide operational management for all of the platforms will allow LIME to provide the best experience and highest quality of service for their subscribers. LIME chose Jinny as a proven supplier with whom LIME have worked with for many years and who they knew would deliver the best features-set and service for their operations and subscribers.
