HipLogiq’s Popular Social Media App Now in Licensed White Label Version
Dallas, TX — Aug 06, 2013 / (http://www.myprgenie.com) — SocialCompass, the enterprise social media application from HipLogiq that big brands use to listen, reply and engage potential customers on Twitter, is now available as a licensed, White Label solution for advertising, PR, social med ia or marketing agencies to use for their clients.
“We’ve had great excitement over SocialCompass and are helping big brands like Pappa John’s, Rexel, ChemDry, Hooters and Ashley Furniture find new customers, business leads and sales with location-based Twitter conversations,” says Bernard Perrine, HipLogiq CEO and co-founder. “Many enterprise-level customers have a great relationship with an agency that handles their social media. They requested more flexibility so an agency could offer the SocialCompass solution to their clients under their name.”
In addition to adding a valuable brand asset, agencies also have access to the SocialCompass Marketplace. This marketplace allows agencies to ‘shop’ for services that they may need to operate the solution: design, fulfillment and development.
Agencies like Dallas-based FactorBrand have already signed up for the White Label v ersion of SocialCompass and see the license as a cost-effective way to work directly with clients — to show how social media marketing can improve revenue streams and turn tweets into leads.
“We are really excited to add SocialCompass to our list of client services — it’s a great social media management tool for us,” says Frank Gray, president, global creative director, FactorBrand. “HipLogiq’s White Label solution provides a more efficient tool with much better ROI than we were getting from other Twitter tools. Clients expect results and expertise from us, and our own SocialCompass-licensed product will help us deliver.”
The SocialCompass White Label solution
HipLogiq’s SocialCompass White Label costs $10,000 annually or $1,000 a month for one license. Each account or Twitter handle held underneath a license costs $200.
“Perks, flexi bility and support are what our White Label clients are looking for, so we built those into the seat license,” says Perrine. The license comes with:
• Access to all features of the SocialCompass software, including the ability to listen and engage potential customers on Twitter based on key words, geographic location and level of social influence
• Ability to brand the software with their logo and graphics so clients see the agency’s value-added service
• Unlimited amount of accounts, subject to monthly account fee
• Unlimited number of campaigns
• Unlimited number of geography and keyword targeting, within the continental US
• Real-time dashboard reporting
• Complimentary support via an account manager
• Access to the SocialCompass Marketplace to work with approved vendors for design, fulfillment and development
• Twitter OAuth authentication to allow agencies to work on their clients behalf without sharing passwords
• Acces s to FAQ and additional sales materials such as sales sheets and presentations
How SocialCompass finds new customers on Twitter
“SocialCompass makes Twitter an efficient business development tool,” says Adam Root, HipLogiq CTO and co-founder. “Businesses might find several apps that do one or two of the things that SocialCompass does, but no one has the full, 360 degree, real-time engagement and lead development tool that we do. It’s the efficiency and ROI that’s generating excitement from clients, social media experts and the venture capitalists.”
SocialCompass’ patented technology makes finding potential new clients as simple as tweeting. Using a business’ keywords, location-based tracking and social media influence scores, SocialCompass monitors millions of tweets in real time. When the program locks in on one, the software flags it and displays it on the dashboard. The company — or an agency on its client’s behalf — then has the o ption to immediately reply with an offer.
A second feature to SocialCompass’ service is creating eContent like eBooks and blogs, written by the journalism team at HipLogiq. For example, a large hospital in a major metropolitan area has contracted with HipLogiq to develop 20 blogs and/or eBooks a month. They’ve also purchased a SocialCompass White Label license so they can customize their social media efforts throughout their system and across service lines, both with eContent and location-based conversations.
Proven ROI
SocialCompass has a proven track record for helping brands convert Twitter conversations into customers. The average conversion rate is 16 percent, but many industries see more than 40-60 percent. Restaurants, the travel and tourism industry, and health and wellness services seem to be a sweet spot for the software, but any company that uses direct response marketing to get customers in the door will benefit from SocialCompass.
Now agencies and enterprises can invest in that power for themselves and offer it as their own service through the White Label.
“When I first saw SocialCompass in action I was amazed at the endless possibilities,” says Jorge Cadena, president, Smart Marketing. “My company specializes in the entertainment and travel and leisure industries for the Hispanic market. Finding real customers in real time for the brands we represent is a huge competitive asset for us. With SocialCompass White Label, we can use the most advanced social media software to speak to our market in their own language. We can even promote brands and sell products in Spanish — not only in the US, but in Mexico and Latin America.”
About HipLogiq
HipLogiq began in October 2012 as Social Compass, an enterprise solution for social media marketing. Co-founders Adam Root, Lindsey Madison and Bernard Perrine designed SocialCompass to help companies target and engage customers over social media in a meaningful, results-driven way. SocialCentiv — launched in March 2013 — works similarly for small to medium businesses, but with a web-based, do-it-yourself solution. During the design of SocialCentiv, leadership decided it was time to evolve the company into an idea factory that produces the most innovative, successful applications in their market space. As a result, HipLogiq also launched in March 2013. For more information, go to www.hiplogiq.com or visit them on Facebook or Twitter.
