Former U.S. Deputy Under Secretary of Defense to lead MS Tech’s expansion in North America
Herzliya, Israel, June 28, 2011 – MS Tech, a global developer and manufacturer of advanced detection sensors, announced today that Dr. Stephen D. Bryen has joined the company as President. Dr. Bryen will lead MS Tech’s expansion into the food safety & product inspection, security and bio-medical diagnostics markets across North America.
Dr. Bryen has 40 years of experience in government and industry. He served as a Senior Staff Director of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relation Committee and as Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Trade Security Policy. Dr. Bryen also founded and served as the first Director of the U.S. Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA), was the President of Finmeccanica North America, a global aerospace and defense electronics company, and served as the Commissioner of the U.S. China Security Review Commission. Dr. Bryen is also the Founder of SDB Partners, a global consulting firm based in Washington D.C. Dr. Bryen holds a PhD in International Politics from Tulane University.
