High-Voltage Connectors up to 450 A Current Ampacity for electric and hybrid vehicles

The product range of Rosenberger’s high-voltage connectors has been expanded by new developed types and covers now demands for current loads from 50 A up to 450 A.

Rosenberger HVR® connectors are designed for cable diameters from 2 x 4 mm² to 120 mm², can be reliably operated with voltages up to 1000 V and achieve vibration severity up to class IV. For specific 48 V applications Rosenberger provides the new LVR® connectors series. Connectors for higher requirements are available on request.

Rosenberger high-voltage connectors were developed especially for power transmission and battery charging applications in electric and hybrid vehicles and are characterized by smallest dimensions, high current ampacity, lowest contact resistances and optimized EMI performance characteristics
