HEVC Advance opens Japan Office

BOSTON, June 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — HEVC Advance today announced the opening of a branch office in Tokyo and the appointment of Hiro Seki as Managing Director, Asia Operations. Mr. Seki will oversee HEVC Advance’s licensing efforts in the Asian region.

Mr. Seki previously led the Licensing Operations at Hitachi and, subsequently, Renesas upon its establishment in 2003. Most recently, Mr. Seki was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Acacia’s Asia operation.
