Vesta Partners Acquires PCM People

Melbourne, VIC (MMD Newswire) January 23, 2014 — Vesta Partners Pty Ltd (Vesta Australia AsiaPac) has acquired PCM People Pty Ltd, a consulting business that provides a tailored set of resource solutions for companies involved in asset intensive industries. PCM provides services in both permanent placement and contracting as well as strategic and advisory services in talent management and capability development.

The acquisition will result in PCM People Managing Director, Mark O’Donnell, taking the role of Director, HR and Consultant Capability for Vesta AAP and sitting on the Divisional Management Team. Joining Mark from PCM is Sarah Mullens, who will serve as Senior HR and Recruitment Specialist and together they will lead the development of people capability for Vesta AAP.

The acquisition was completed on Monday 13th January and changes will be fully implemented over the next month. The PCM People brand will be retired from the market.
