Intrinsyc Signs Soleus License Agreement with GPS-E to Develop Connected Personal Navigation Devices

Vancouver, BC – November 12, 2008 – Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX: ICS), a global wireless software solutions provider, today announced the signing of a Soleus® license agreement with GPS Technologies Company, Ltd. (GPS-E), a leading manufacturer of personal navigation devices located in Hong Kong, China. This is the Company’s third Soleus design win this year and the first design win for Soleus Transit, Intrinsyc’s newest Soleus product, specifically designed for the fast growing connected wireless navigation product segment. Under the terms of the agreement, Intrinsyc will provide GPS-E with Soleus Transit, a turnkey software platform optimized for the development of connected personal navigation devices (PNDs). Soleus Transit allows device makers to add compelling features that enable innovative and differentiated devices whilesignificantly reducing development time and costs.

Designed to support navigation software incorporating connectivity solutions, Soleus Transit comes pre-integrated with Destinator which boasts industry-leading reliability and driving guidance. The simple, safe, and customizable UI provides users a number of viewing options, including day or night mode and 2D or 3D maps, while a powerful point-of-interest (POI) search is complemented by a growing selection of live content available from multiple sources.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
