TOYOTA Spain implements its GEA-TOYOTA system based on AuraPortal’s BPMS

Woburn (Boston), MA. – July 14, 2011 – AuraPortal (www.auraportal.com), a global provider of Business Process Management (BPM), has announced that the specialized Consultant, and AuraPortal Partner, AUREN, has implemented an environmental system at TOYOTA SPAIN based on AuraPortal‘s BPM Suite, which will allow them to improve their environmental practices throughout their entire Spanish dealer network.

The solution has provided TOYOTA SPAIN with an easily manageable environmental system, improving environmental practices in all its dealers. It also ensures compliance with legal environmental obligations, using the required human resources, both those of TOYOTA SPAIN and of their distributers, and optimizing the resources as economically as possible at the same time.

AUREN carried out the consultancy for the adaption of the environmental processes of the various dealers in the TOYOTA SPAIN network, along with giving support prior to the certification. They used the AuraPortal BPMS platform to model and automate the corresponding processes, creating the GEA-TOYOTA solution. All of this was complemented by the Maintenance Service Standards and Legal Requirements in environmental matters, provided by AUREN‘s technical specialists, covering all Spanish towns with a TOYOTA dealer present.

“The installation of a computing tool like GEA-TOYOTA, based on AuraPortal BPMS, has enabled us to centralize much of the work and maintain the same criteria between different dealers located throughout the Spanish Territory” commented Karl Van Dijck, Corporate Affairs Director at Toyota Spain.

Meanwhile, Xavier Sala i Leseduarte, AUREN Partner has emphasized that: “A project as ambitious as this can only be successful if a high and blended participation exists between all the people involved. Thus it is necessary to congratulate TOYOTA SPAIN and its Dealer Network for effectively supporting the project in the organization and to the consulting team for forming a team-orientated approach with the project”.
