Intrinsyc and NAVTEQ Sign Map Distribution Deal
Vancouver, BC – July 16, 2008 – Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX: ICS), a global wireless software solutions provider, today announced the signing of a multi-year agreement establishing a sales relationship with NAVTEQ, a global leader in premium-quality digital map data. The new Intrinsyc – NAVTEQ agreement will see NAVTEQ map content bundled with Intrinsyc navigation software. Intrinsyc recently purchased strategic assets of Destinator Technologies Inc., a leading provider of wireless software for global positioning system (GPS) devices and navigation software for wireless handsets.

The Intrinsyc-NAVTEQ relationship provides wireless device makers with a single source for NAVTEQ digital maps, Destinator navigation software, and the Soleus software platform for wireless handheld development. Device makers will further benefit from Intrinsyc’s world-class wireless engineering services, including systems integration, Board Support Package (BSP) development, and power management. And with NAVTEQ, end-users receive quality, comprehensive map data.
