Innodisk shows hardware flexibility made for boards at SuperComputing 2016 (SC16)
November 3, 2016 – Fremont, CA – Innodisk presented total solution flexibility throughout the year with technology hardware products designed to enhance the layout of boards and an engineering team that provides direct support. Showing a strong portfolio at SuperComputing 2016, November 13-17 at the Salt Palace in Salt Lake City, UT, Innodisk highlights flash storage and DRAM modules for board designers and architects that show innovation and provide options. On display will be the latest SATADOM® and ServerDOM™ series along with 128GB DDR4 hardware components. The Innodisk team will be on hand to discuss how to increase capacity and performance with proven product reliability that doesn’t compromise space. Since Innodisk hardware components are certified for Windows Server 2016 and we are an Intel® IoT Solutions Alliance member, visit booth 1411 and realize your design options, while experiencing hardware technology made for the motherboard.
M2DOM & M.2 the Power of Choice
Focusing on the future of board layouts, Innodisk knows that the M2DOM and M.2 design provides the power of options. These Next Generation form factors supports both AHCI SATA and NVMe PCIe. These products allow you to maximize your usage and adapt your design without sacrificing space. Innodisk M2DOM offers two types of interfaces with different height variations. M2DOM and M.2 are also available in wide-temperature ranges for tight spaces. The benefits of these products are best seen on Innodisk’s exhibit booth display board.
The SATADOM® and ServerDOM™ Products
Innodisk continues to prove why they are Absolutely On Board and connected with the future of server industry with the SATADOM® and ServerDOM™. Innodisk pioneered the SATADOM® because there was no other product on the market that provided options and could simplify a system’s overall design. Innodisk’s SATADOM® designed with their patented Power Pin 7 or Pin 8, works seamlessly with their motherboard partners. Since this design will require no external power cable, it streamlines installation, improves chassis airflow, and increases system capacity by freeing up a drive bay. Touting the highest capacity and fastest performance, it also comes in over seven mechanical form factors to fit various system design.
Innodisk also presents the compact yet powerful ServerDOM™. This product is an excellent boot drive and compatible with all operating systems. It has small-scaled dimensions (0.7 X 1.2 X 0.3 inch) and can easily connect to SATA ports in tight and narrow positions on board sockets. With its compact size, high performance and high reliability, this flexible product can work under harsh environments with demanding workloads. Performance won’t be compromised and space is not an issue with the ServerDOM™.
Server DRAM that’s Performance Driven
Innodisk displays their 128GB performance driven server memory products that include DDR4 RDIMM and Load-Reduced DIMM modules. These products belong to our DDR4 family and provide memory speeds up to 2400 MT/s. Designed for high performance computing is the Load-Reduced DIMM(s). It has a special buffer to reduce heavy-load data to single-load data. With LR-DIMM, servers can add more memory per channel with fewer loads, and increase their memory capacity. Innodisk’s registered DIMM modules are designed to support data integrity at the device and system-level of the server.
