SecureCom Mobile Reports on Its Annual Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, ON– SecureCom Mobile Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE:SCE) (SCQBF) (FRANKFURT:6SUN) announces that each of the four nominees proposed as directors and listed in the Company’s management information circular dated March 31, 2016 (the “Information Circular”) were elected as directors of the Company at the Company’s annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) held on May 6, 2016. The board of directors of the Company now consist of four members: Roland Bopp (Chair), Gary Bartholomew, J. Stephen Barley and Chris Irwin.

The Company is also pleased to announce that, at the Meeting, the Company’s shareholders: (i) approved setting the number of directors of the Company at seven; and (ii) re-appointed Charlton & Company, Chartered Accountants as the auditors of the Company.
