Ovum opens an office in Canberra

Melbourne, 19 August 2009. Ovum, the global analyst and consulting firm, has opened an office in Canberra. The office location is Level 1, The Realm, 18 National Circuit, Barton ACT 2600. The office is led by Michael Hennessey – Client Executive, Public Sector.

Michael has over fifteen years experience working with Government and industry to define business and operational requirements, benefits and outcomes. He has negotiated and delivered benefits across multiple ICT engagements ranging from executive Strategic Planning consultancies, complex Systems Integration contracts, Research, Advisory and Benchmarking services to major Data Centre infrastructure projects. Michael’s career has progressed through Procurement, Product Marketing, Sales and Engagement Management positions with companies including IBM, Aspect Computing, Clear Lead and IDC.
