MS Tech appoints Nathan Steinberg to Board of Directors

Hertzeliya, Israel, September 22, 2009 – MS Tech Ltd., a world class developer, manufacturer and innovator of advanced sensors, announced today the appointment of Nathan Steinberg to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Steinberg is a private equity professional at Stone Mountain Capital Partners (SMCP), an alternative investment firm, with extensive financial and transactional experience in the Israeli technology sector. Prior to joining SMCP, Nathan was a corporate attorney at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, representing leading private equity and venture capital firms in the execution of acquisition, financing and exit transactions, as well as providing transactional and general corporate advice to portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, Nathan was a member of Merrill Lynch’s Israeli Group, providing financial advisory services to leading Israeli high-tech companies. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from INSEAD, an MSc in Corporate Law and Accounting from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an LLB in Business Law from London Guildhall University.
